Return and Exchange Policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided to him by the store if there was an error by the store in shipping the purchased product within three (3) days from the date of receipt of the product, and he does not have the right to exchange the product after the three (3) days. 2- To exchange the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it, and the store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its safety, and the consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wishes to exchange the product, and in international exchanges, the consumer bears all shipping costs and delivery of the product to the shipping company, and if there are defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated. The consumer does not have the right to exchange the product in the following cases: 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications he set, excluding products that have a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. 2- If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer.
